Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of submission, provided the shipment has not already been made. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team. If the cancellation is accepted, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.

Return Policy
www.bebemelo.com reserves the right to accept or reject product returns according to our return policy. Returns are only accepted for products returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
